Thank you for shopping at DrillMagic. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Items without original accessories or packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@drillmagic.net with your order number and issue.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, you must ship the product to the address we provide.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange request, contact us at info@drillmagic.net

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
